Located in Guaratuba, Paraná, we have our own modern industrial fish processing plant. Built from scratch, it was designed to follow the most rigorous production and handling quality policies.
IQF freezing standard
All of our fish are frozen individually, using the IQF system - Individual Quality Frozen, and frozen on a quick freezing conveyor, where the properties of the fish are preserved.
Arriving fresh, the fish that goes through our process maintains its characteristics, bringing flavor and health to each product.
We freeze 500 kilos of fish and seafood per hour on our conveyor belt.

Quality of raw material!
All of our products are purchased from small boats, giving preference to local fishermen, as a way of guaranteeing the quality of fish that is not stored for long on the boat and also helps to promote the local economy.

We work with manual peeling with SAWB analysis, ensuring maximum efficiency in the process, as well as hygiene and total sterilization. We also have an automated peeling process for up to 4800kg per day.
All of our processes are in individual, air-conditioned rooms, preventing the fish from experiencing thermal shock and degrading its quality.
A difference in our logistics are our 8 cold storage chambers, for up to 200 tons each and our fleet of refrigerated vehicles for distributing fish throughout the national territory.
